Terms of service

Effective October 26, 2026

These terms cover the Pew Press weekly bulletin service. Pew Press is a service of Heyno, Inc. (“we”). The church or organization that signs up is “you”.

The service

Each week, you send us what is new for Sunday, such as hymns, readings, the sermon title and announcements. When your material reaches us by Wednesday at noon Central Time, we email a proof on Thursday and the final files on Friday. The final files are a booklet that prints double-sided on letter paper, a regular PDF and a large-print PDF. You print the bulletin yourself.

If your material arrives late, we still do our best to have the bulletin ready before Sunday, and we tell you if something cannot make it.

Price and billing

The service costs $79 a month. Stripe charges your card each month on the day you signed up, until you cancel. Sales tax is added where the law requires it. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change.

Cancellation and refunds

There is no contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing pewpress@heyno.net. We cancel your plan right away, and you are not charged again.

If your first month is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

If we fail to deliver a bulletin you sent us material for on time, tell us and we will refund that month.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Your content

Everything you send us stays yours. We use it only to make your bulletins, and we keep it so that next week’s bulletin can start from this week’s. You are responsible for having the right to print what you send us, such as song lyrics covered by your church’s CCLI license.

Proofs and accuracy

We check every page before the proof goes out. Please read each proof, because the final bulletin follows the proof you approve. We fix any mistake you point out before the final files are sent.

Samples

We sometimes make a free sample from a bulletin a church has posted publicly on its website. A sample lives on a private page that search engines do not list, and we delete it after 30 days. A church can ask us to delete its sample sooner, or ask not to hear from us again, at any time.

Limits of liability

We provide the service with care, but we cannot guarantee that it will never be interrupted. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and email current customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
