Your church bulletin, ready every Thursday.
Send us your announcements and order of worship by Wednesday. On Thursday you get a finished bulletin that is ready to print.
Keep the look your congregation knows, or choose one of our designs.
$79 a month. There is no contract, and you can cancel by email at any time.
How the week goes
-
Wednesday
Send us what is new this week: hymns, readings, the sermon title and announcements. A typed list, a forwarded email or a photo of your notes all work.
-
Thursday
Your proof arrives by email. Reply with any changes, as many as you need.
-
Friday
We send the final files: a booklet that prints double-sided on letter paper, a regular PDF for email and your website, and a large-print copy.
-
Sunday
Print it in the church office as usual and hand it out at the door.
Six designs, or the one you already have
Every design follows the colors of the church year and prints cleanly on an office printer. We can also rebuild your current bulletin, so nothing changes for your congregation.
Colors follow the church year on their own. Bulletins turn purple for Advent and Lent, gold for Christmas and Easter, and red for Pentecost.

Leaving Microsoft Publisher?
Microsoft removed Publisher from Microsoft 365 in October 2026, and support for older copies ends on October 13. You do not need to convert any files. Send us a PDF of a recent bulletin, and we will set up your template from it.

Questions
Who makes our bulletin?
Pew Press builds every bulletin with its own typesetting software and checks each page before the proof goes out. Nothing is final until you approve the proof.
What do we need to send?
Send whatever you have: a typed list, a forwarded email, last week’s bulletin with changes marked, or a photo of handwritten notes. We keep your standing information, such as staff names and service times, so you only send what changes.
Do you print the bulletins?
No. You print them in your office, just as you do now. The booklet file prints double-sided on standard letter paper and folds in half.
Can we keep our current design?
Yes. Send us a PDF of a recent bulletin, and we will rebuild it as your template.
What about hymn lyrics?
We list hymn titles and numbers. If you print lyrics, your church’s CCLI license covers them, and we can add your license number to each page.
What if our announcements arrive late?
Send them anyway. We turn late changes around as quickly as we can, and we will tell you if something cannot make it in time.
How do we cancel?
Email us, and we will cancel your plan right away. You will not be charged again.
Who is behind Pew Press?
